At 33, Emma was told she had less than a 1% chance of conceiving naturally. Her test results indicated so low a likelihood of success she was disqualified from IVF through the NHS.

After six years, 16 fertility treatments in the UK and abroad, three miscarriages, and two children, Emma set up Hard to Conceive. Her hope is that real stories, honestly told, will show just how many ways there are to build a family - giving anyone who feels out of options new paths to consider.
